About me and my practice
I work from a humanistic perspective, which means I am here to walk alongside you to guide and support you in exploring issues you may be facing.
We all have the capacity to grow and make meaningful changes in our lives. Im here to help you find your way. May it be to unlearn things that are no longer serving you or sitting together with something that is difficult to face alone.
Experience
My experience includes working within the NHS on a counselling placement, supporting people affected by cancer in the charity sector, and working as a Mental Health Practitioner with individuals experiencing unemployment and social challenges. These roles have given me a deep understanding of the wide range of difficulties people face.
I have experience working with anxiety, bereavement, depression, difficult family dynamics, unemployment, stress and overwhelm, chronic illness, panic attacks, and more.
Qualifications
Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, MBACP.
BSc (Hons) in Psychology (BPS accredited).

Individual Session - £60 for 50 minutes
Concessions available where possible for students.

Current availability is Mondays and Thursdays between 9 and 7pm,
